With over 15 years in semiconductor manufacturing, Mauricio has worked across the full chip production value chain — from R&D through to high-volume manufacturing. His expertise spans process engineering, fab operations and technology transfer, giving him an insider's understanding of what drives — and limits — AI chip supply chains. He advises companies seeking to navigate the technical complexities of the semiconductor industry with strategic confidence.
Priscila brings a unique combination of technical fluency and business strategy to the firm. With a background spanning technology management and AI adoption, she specialises in helping organisations build genuine AI literacy — from executive teams to operational units. Her approach is human-centred and practical: translating complex AI capabilities into clear frameworks that teams can act on, regardless of their starting-point with technology.
